Poor quality and impossible return policy
Poor quality, the dresses look nothing like the photos on their website. The.company resides in China and accepts payments in the US. However, they. make your return dresses to China without providing a shipping label. This is not what it says on their website. This is false advertising. Do not use this company! I am fighting to get my money back. It’s not worth the hassle and the dresses are not worth it. Kiss prom had much better quality”
“I do not recommend ordering from this website at all. The quality of the clothes is terrible, and it is very difficult to return a dress. If you email them, they never respond and always claim they are too busy. Don't waste your money on such a poor-quality website.”
“I ordered a dress from their website. It takes about a month to receive. The bodice fabric was a stiff lace which bothered my skin. Their return policy is not what you want. The dress cost me $160 and they will give back a small percent. I was refunded $40. They said I could return the dress, but I would pay shipping fee. They gave me a partial address. I went to the post office and checked and the shipping return would be $70 for where it had to go back to China. Once I returned it, there would be a cleaning and restocking fee, which was another sizable amount of money. So obviously my only choice was to take the $40. The dress was a beautiful dress but what if it doesn’t work out for you? You will be stuck paying for it and getting very little refund! I think that people that have posted, tge dress worked for them, but if it doesn’t, you’re stuck. I ordered several dresses to try on for the mother of the groom from other sites, and everybody refunded my money. I had very little fee to pay. I had to pay the shipping, which was a small amount compared to this site. I would not recommend this site for anyone who wants to be sure they will not have to deal with the return.”
“Fake picture of dresses and the reviews are fake. The dress on the site is not the dress we received. Same color but the style is completely different. It also fits like a box shape and is not fitted like in the picture and does not match the measurements. This dress arrived 10 days late despite paying expedited shipping and was too late for my event. They also do not give a refund as stated in their policy. They will try to make you keep the dress. And only want to give 20% back. They don’t give return address for you to send back. I would never purchase here again, it was a horrible experience!”

Received a email 6 days before my prom that the dress wouldn't arrive in time despite them saying it would previously and i paid for expedited shipping. They were not willing to give me a full refund despite me having to pay for another dress somewhere else. This site made what was meant to be a beautiful memory of my senior prom a nightmare 6 days before prom. Customer service is terrible takes days to respond to emails. .I placed an order 1st order ever and it took them way longer than stated to deliver the dress. When it came to me, it was inside out, no tags and IS NOT true to size. The lace on the dress is unravelling and I immediately reached out to them (same day) it was delivered and it took them longer than one day to respond. I was told they will get back to me if the team approves my return. I received an email 2 days later stating my 3 options (below).

“I am pleasantly surprised. Our dress was three weeks late and I was very concerned however it has arrived and it is the most beautiful high-quality dress for the money. My Daughter is going to wear it to prom and it’s just perfect and beautiful. The quality is amazing. I did email. It took me a couple of emails to get a response, but they did respond to me and they did assist me with finding out that my dress would be delivered today. Overall, I would buy it from them again.
