“This close to the event, your stock levels are shocking! Couldn't get my first choice in any of the tee-shirts I wanted and need to try and see if anywhere else is stiocking them for the ones I couldn't get. Nothing for kids to use to cheer on teams on the day. Why are you stocking so much team England goods for a Scottish market. Shouldn't complain, though, as my experience with the shop is pretty much in with the experience I have had with the whole games system. London 2012 was much better and more customer focused. Not filling me with confidence for the events themselves! Poor show Glasgow!!!!!!”

We are running down our current stock levels to make way for a new range of clothing which is due into us in July. this will include a wide range of new apparel, as well as some of the products available now. “Sorry folks, but I ordered a team England key ring and you sent a pin badge, I had to get it from the sorting office and was disapointed to find it was the wrong product. I recently visited Glasgow and saw some of the great venues, Glasgow is a great city, a bit like Birmingham in some senses as it has many great museums and places to go but has a bit of a concrete city image. Very friendly people too.”

“As Glasgow might never hold the Games again maximum opportunity should be taken to capitalise on the merchandising as Sydney did so succeesfully . Why have you no adult Cyde teeshirits. You are losing sales that can never be retrieved.”

“Well over a year ago the Games website displayed official supporters' clothing with "Team Scotland" right across the chest of the T-shirts. I arranged to bid for tickets for my family and I decided to buy one of these T-shirts for my grandson. He is dual national Scottish and Australian so I decided to get him one of each. As soon as my bids were successful I went back to the shop page, and found that the only "Team Scotland" Tees had a tiny logo as though we didn't want to admit it. I put in an enquiry and was told that they were out of stock and it was hoped that there would be more later. I asked whether the shop would have "Team Australia" and the answer was that the same source should be making them. When the shop appeared on Central Station I went there and found still only the timid tiny logo, and they could only give me the same vague answers. At the same time the shop and the website proudly displayed Tees with "Team England" bright and clear across the chest, exactly the format I had been wanting. I have just now managed to get the "Team Scotland" version - a drab blue with "Team Scotland" across the chest but in minimally contrasting colour. I've made contact with the Australian Commonwealth Games organisation and just have to hope that they can do better. They can hardly do worse.”

“The Glasgow 2014 website was really easy to negotiate, I found the shopping page and quickly rolled up and down the pop down lists. Straight to checkout without any problems. Once I completed all the steps required via the next button I was finished. Within a few moments there was the email informing me my items were being packed and would be with me asap. They also thanked me for my custom. I would use them again.”
