“The online shop was really easy to use and my order was dispatched quickly. Totally hassle free - happy customer. If I have one criticism it is the that polo shirt sizings are a tad on the small side (not the shop's problem) - I bought a size larger than normal and still it is quite a neat fit!”

“T-shirt sizes are very small. The XXL is probably only a 16-18! T shirt looks good though.”

“Everything ordered arrived quickly but the packaging was a bit flimsy. Fortunately my goods were soft, and not damaged but I hope heavier and fragile items are better packed”

“Really disappointed that both have to be returned. Bought men's large hooded top and ladies polo shirt. Ladies is short and neat on a size 18 and you don't go any bigger! Same with the gents. Quality superb so pity about the sizing. Really want to support Scotland but bit dubious about sending for more. Tried the refunds help line as requested and answer machine on a Saturday am! Gutted!!”

“Ordered a soft clyde for my sons birthday on Tuesday morning, got email confirmation on Wednesday afternoon that it had been dispatched, now Saturday still haven't received goods, not great as it's my sons birthday tomorrow and he's been going on about getting one for weeks!!”

“I wasn't informed that I would have to wait for my order if something was out of stock before I queried why the order hadn't been delivered. I am still waiting for my first order. The second was supposed to be here by Saturday 3rd May as told by email to me, but this still hasn't arrived”

“i cant begin to tell you how excited my son was to get his very own Clyde. He has a collection of mandeville and wenlocks from the olympics so when he came home and started to tell me about the new mascot for the comonwealth games i had to go online and see what it was all about. having found his video on youtube and watching my son become infactuated with it wanting it on again and again and again i knew i had to get him his own Clyde. he absolutely loves it.when he told me he loved me last night heres how it went.... love you mummy mwah...love you Clyde mwah.”

“Although dispatch and delivery were adequately quick, I am utterly disgusted by the state of the product! I ordered a kids t-shirt which was dirty and full of animal hair and was supposed to be a present. I am very disappointed that this even was approved to be resold!”

“Looked at the website to purchase a hoodie for our son, however the description on the hoodie didn't quite match the image shown. I emailed customer services to question the difference in colour's & got a response within 24 hours. As such ordered a hoodie & it was delivered quickly & we now have a happy kid with his Glasgow 2014 hoodie.”
