“Products are great but communication very poor. I ordered two mugs, two mini Clydes & a set of laces. Because the laces were not in stock nothing was sent until I queried it. I was then told that nothing would be sent until the out of stock item was available. Apparently orders cannot be split! I had ordered the items as presents for Easter but due to this did not receive until I cancelled the laces - eventually received on 28th April. This is pretty disappointing overall.”

“I am very disappointed in the service received from the Glasgow Shop. Ordered goods which eventually arrived 2 months after lots of emails enquiring where my delivery was. Had to demand a refund before delivery finally despatched. Also demanded refund of delivery cost.”

“The order came very quick but the items were not to size at all and I will have to return 2 of the 3 items I ordered. The mens T shirt was ok but the ladies t shirts were a very small fit. The medium did not really fit my daughter who I ordered the small for (the medium was originally for me). Lets just say they are a snugger than snug fit!”

“Two separate orders, both for gifts for children. Both ordered a few weeks before required date. Neither arrived on time. Christmas gift ordered end of November arrived February. And the website doesn't make it clear not in stock. Very poor.”

“The products arrived on time and the on-line purchasing system was seamless . The only negative comment I will make is the pricing of the products compared to the build quality of the products is to excersive. Looking at build quality of the products I purchased , I will value them at around £3.50 , for their design , size of the pin , and build quality.”

“Dealt with my problem very quickly. (problem with the code entry for discount to Clyde siders, very case sensitive ) The goods were delivered within 5 days, well packed and clearly addressed. Web site well designed and easy to follow. Excellent service all round Kenny Hurren”

“Very disappointed with the quality of the fabric used for the tartan in thecshawl and the edge finish. Very expensive for what is basically a piec of fabric with a row of machine stitching to stop fraying. Will return”
