“Quality of garment, ladies' hoodie, is very good but sizes are considerably smaller than expected. I had to return mine to have it exchanged. The returns process worked well.”

“The order arrived very quickly which was good. I ordered two ladies' polo shirts. One Large and one Extra Large. (I am usually Medium). The Extra Large was only just big enough for me and consequently I have returned the Large one and asked for a refund. The Extra Large one was for someone else who now thinks the EX EX large will be too small based on the size of the other ones. This is a disappointment to us both. I sent an email about this problem and had a very prompt reply which was good.”

“The ordering procedure is ok until you come to the page where all details are put in. Then you can not get past this page as it keeps going back when you press the next box proceed or something like that. The reason I discovered was because I did not fill in phone numbers etc. The reason I left these blank was because I did not want any sales calls etc. However the site did NOT TELL ME THAT THEY WERE COMPULSORY! I ended up twice placing an order by phone which was a lot easier. If the site had told me that that was the reason I could not proceed and confirm my order then I would have complied (albeit it with false numbers but would have saved two phone calls and a lot of frustration. However this has confirmed what I have always said "Computer logic, as practised by programmers is Not common sense logic!" I do not think I am far wrong with that ha ha ha. William MacDonald”

“I love my Glasgow 2014 fleece. I bought a size XL (I am usually a 20) and it is quite big, so could have got away with an L. It is a bit of a struggle over the head, but OK once it is on. Well worth the money though.”

“The items I ordered came very quickly, but I need to return the polo shirt as it is far too small. I normally have a medium and this is what I ordered but this does not correspond to my size in other polo's I have. Perhaps on the order you could say what size the medium is for, and also the other sizes. Thank you”

“I ordered several days ago, and the order has still not arrived. I really needed it to arrive today at the latest to post to Australia, and thought I'd ordered in plenty of time but still no sign of it”

“The sizings are very small compared to other branded good, such as Nike or Adidas. I ordered XL and it's tiny - I'd say a size 12, which I don't usually expect. Order at least a size up!”

“I ordered 4 T-shirts as gifts. 3 arrived in perfect condition and I was really happy with them. 1 was soiled and I had to send it back. When I finally got through to the helpline (after trying on 3 different days) they were very helpful. When my replacement for my stripy polo shirt arrived it was frustrating to find a self coloured round neck T-shirt! It wasn't even close to the order! Looking on the bright side I now knew the drill for sending it back and didn't waste time or money on the phone. I now have what I originally ordered but it was frustrating to have to get to a post office twice to organise. I hope I was just unlucky!!?”

“Overall the products were excellent quality, however the package did seem to take quite a while to be delivered, over 1 week, and 1 of the products, childs" Clyde t-shirt" was ordered and shown on invoice as grey marl, and was received as navy! Not too big a problem as my son preferred the navy one! Maybe more care could be taken when selection of goods to be sent is made at warehouse, or better checking before packages shipped. Also we had a promo code for 10% off valid till end of Feb, tried to use this on 28th Feb, when placing my order, only to be told by the system that the code was no longer valid!! Just a few wee niggles but overall I'm pleased with the products as they are very good quality.”

“The sizing for the t-shirt and polo shirt I bought was very tight. I am a 34in chest but a medium size was too small. The exchange worked well but it cost £3.60 to send the shirt back so I would not buy from your web-site again.”

“I've bought a beanie and a T-Shirt for my mum and I to wear at The Games and they are all lovely quality. I would recommend going up 1-2 sizes with the t-shirts as they come up very small. We got the XL and we are UK 10-12. I also won a scarf and mascot in the free prize draw - such a lovely surprise!”

“I really liked the zip up hoodie and the sizing in the men's clothing is much more accurate than that of the women's. I ordered a polo top in L and it was so tight I would need to look at ordering XXL to get one to fit me, allowing me to breath. All my other clothes are size 14 so to have to order an XXL polo is not what is expected and due to this I have had to return it at my cost, but I do think the sizing was at fault, as people want to get what they order not have the hassle of returning and reordering in a much bigger size than normal wear. I feel that due to the sizing people will not purchase the women's tops and they will be left with unsold stock.”
