“On line ordering system would not work despite several attempts so needs to be addressed. However under the circumstances you contacted me to take order even though I am resident in Spain so a big plus there.”

“My wee boy is 5 and loves Clyde and is very excited about the Commonwealth Games. I ordered a t shirt aged 5-6 years and that fits with a little room to spare. I ordered a skip cap which I think is very good quality and my wee boy has been wearing it since it arrived, I ordered the bigger size and it fits my wee boy snugly. I ordered a blue rucksack which is bright and colourful but is made from what feels like something similar to crepe paper and so I don't expect that to last too long which is disappointing considering the price of it. Finally I ordered a small Clyde toy and wish I had ordered the bigger one but again a wee bit expensive for what it is. Overall, I think everything is a little bit expensive but then I recognise that the Games need to be paid for and this will help. Communication, delivery and packaging were all very good. My wee boy is delighted with it all and this is a unique event which will hopefully bring a bit of cheer to us all this Summer, so am glad I made the purchase.”

“Ordered a size Large in the pink polo shirt with logo. I am a size 14/16. When I opened the parcel, I discovered a polo shirt that's best described as able to fit a slim 12yr old. Get your sizing right!! I have pay postage to return it now. Forget it.”

“Ordered mens t-shirt, cap, fridge magnet and unisex hoodie. Easy to order on-line and delivered very quickly. Ordered the unisex hoodie in a size SMALL after checking the size chart. That should have been a 36-38inch chest. When it arrived, although inside it said S for small, it actually measured 46 inches!! Either the size chart is wrong or the wrong size was on the article. Telephoned and explained situation to a very helpful operative who said to return the item and the money plus the postage would be refunded to me or I could have a replacement & postage refund. I chose to have the ladies hoodie, the extra cost of which was covered by the postage I had to pay. I am now awaiting the requested item, and will update the review when received. All items were of very good quality and the service on the telephone was excellent.”
