However there was a problem with the canopy on his vehicle and he and I both spent several hours trying to resolve and fix the issue. We failed but had to make the van safe to drive as due to where we had parked I had to move my car before her could depart so I was invested in sorting the issue. Any consideration to recompense for the time and support would be greatly accepted.”

“Attended on time but they fitted the wrong glass. My windscreen for BMW 520d has a blue tint on the windscreen fitted by manufacturer. Very frustrating and annoying you can’t speak to someone. It all looked good at first and I didn’t check it until I drove it the next day which was a weekend has you only notice it when you drive. Now I have a lot of glare from sunlight. Not very happy at all. I have had multiple windscreen changes over the years in the car with Autoglass who are much better.”

His work was meticulous and while the windscreen was out, let me give the dashboard a thorough clean before he fitted the new one. Then he gave me instructions on how how long to leave the windscreen 'cure' before I drove it. All in all, very impressed.”
