“The engineer called beforehand and arrived as agreed. Fast and efficient. No issues from me. The only negative was the time wait of nearly 2 weeks for the windscreen repair date. The portal also needs to be clearer on displaying outstanding insurance actions as i nearly had to change the date but could nit work out how!”
