After being passed from “pillar to post” for over 50 minutes when all I wanted to do was organise a replacement rear windscreen which had been vandalized. Ryan did in just over 10 minutes what I’d been begging at least 6 different operators to do, but no I was just passed to another dept until I was fortunate enough to be answered by Ryan! He did exactly what needed to be done and my car is finally booked in!”
“Brilliant 👍 Sean phoned me 45 minutes before he was going to arrive, he arrived spot on, introduced himself and shook my hand, he explained everything to me, made Dean a coffee, so polite, hour later he rang the doorbell, gave me my keys back, explained everything he had done, not to drive the car for at least half an hour and remove two bits of tape in 45 mins.
