“I live in Sippy Downs, Queensland & I had the pleasure of speaking with Jillian about my purchase of a foot stool. It was a surprise for my husband for his birthday& needed it to be kept quiet. She was so helpful & when I rang her to see approx date it was to be delivered she went out of her way to help. It is a pleasure to get this type of service over the phone. “I was browsing online, and stumbled across a table. As I don't live near the Glicks Studio I tried my luck to ask for an in studio photo of the item. It was actually the customer service experience that truly sold the product for me. Pietra took beautiful photos which truly showcased the item... Thankyou Pietra! Because great customer service is so hard to come by these days! :)”

“How's this. I looked at the Hampton Lounges advertised on Glicks website. They were exactly what I wanted and I needed to replace two lounges and retain the style. I rang on December 23rd, spoke with Oren, explained I needed the existing lounges removed, and he rang me back to tell me one of his carriers would do that. What's more, he asked if I wanted it for Christmas! Yes! And he organised delivery for Christmas Eve. These are GREAT lounges and the service was impeccable! I highly recommend buying from Oren and Giora.”

“Excellent customer service and products from Glicks - would definitely recommend. Pietra organised an alternative courier so we could get our order quicker due to Christmas period shut-downs and stayed in touch throughout the process. The glass table top arrived damaged (caused during transportation), and Glicks quickly and happily replaced it under warranty, even offering to pay the cost of couriering the new table top. I’m never sure I can trust online companies, but my experience shows Glicks can be trusted to do the right thing.”

“Only less than a week ago the patchwork black and white armchair was &699.00. Today with 20% off it has gone up tp $749.00. What a rip off. I won't be buying anything else from you. Might send an email to the dept of fair trading.”

“I’m so impressed with Giora and the rest of the team at Glicks. Buying my home for the first time brought with it lots of obstacles, but Glicks helped make buying the furniture smooth and seamless. The sales room warehouse were friendly, and the delivery staff were courteous and efficient. The products I bought are great and their prices are super competitive. “Ordered and paid on line on Tuesday with a little delivery advice from Giora bookcase was delivered at 10.00 am this morning , so surprised as Inthought it would be 5 to 8 days. Assembly sooo easy, even for a woman of a certain age. No tools required, fitted together perfectly and looks handsome in my room. First transaction with Glicks and def won’t be the last!”
