“We had bought 2 high chairs and other furniture . We required 4 more high chairs which were not carried any more by Glicks . They found the chairs and sold them to us at cost price . Very generous . Thank you .”

“I recently had such a positive experience experience shopping for new dining chairs from Glicks. I live in Newcastle and received fantastic phone support from Rhys who patiently, cheerfully and professionally answered my questions about the product and then called me back, like he said he would, with dimensions and a quote for freight. I ordered the chairs on Monday around lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised to receive them the next day. Really outstanding service! AND saved me a trip to Sydney. Thanks again Rhys, you are great at your job :)”

“The owner of Glicks delightfully and unexpectedly contacted us regarding the $160 delivery charge which we mentioned in our recent Glicks review. He explained how it came about and has rectified the anomaly in their system. He also credited us $75. We are very impressed with the promptness and willingness to make things right- we will be back for sure as Glicks has a unique selection of interesting items.”

“We are satisfied with the Astra 1.2m marble table delivered today but not at all by $160 for its delivery. This is way more than most retailers charge for deliveries. We were charged extra for assembly of the table (there was little or none to speak of) and for the removal of its wooden crate which we were told was big and would be difficult for us to dispose of ( there was no timber crate, just some thin cardboard wrapped around the marble) When I rang them about this overcharge we were offered $20 refund which we declined. Apparently we had ordered “deluxe delivery”.(?) While the staff were polite we won’t be back to Glicks because of this.”

“The quality of the desk I purchase was ok considering what I paid. However I was horrified by the amount of packaging and the amount of styrofoam and unrecyclable materials the box contained. I wouldn’t hv bought it if I’d known tbh”

“I had very good experience again with Glicks in January 21. The staff are always available for advice over the phone when I need advice and the company are extremely organised with getting orders processed and delivered on time. I will continue to purchase from Glicks in the future when I am decorating.”

“We are from a regional area in NSW and while on a short stay in Sydney to scout out some new furniture, we thankfully decided on Glicks as it seemed to have a bit of everything for everyone. The staff were fabulous, decisions easily made within half an hour, and delivery to our home sorted!. Can't speak more highly or recommend anyone more deservedly than Glicks Furniture. Well done and keep up the high standard.”
