The course was excellent, and really filled in the blanks between many years of IT Service Management experience at various levels, to what is necessary for the ITIL certification program.”

“Global Knowledge tries hard to make sure you understand the material. My most recent class with Richard was very thought provoking but I came away with a great understanding of the course material. The material was outside of my "wheel house" but he was able to make it relatable.”

“I was warned by coworkers that learning ITIL would be like chewing on Sandpaper, that's how dry it is. However, to my surprise the material was not dry at all! Thanks to the instructor I was able to enjoy what I was learning and hope many more students will get that opportunity as well.”
