“A thorough overview of basic concepts, with a focus on best practices. I learned a great deal, and have a foundation on which to learn more. I would have preferred that the labs were available for one week after the end of the class, so that we could practice on our own.”

“Documentation for the ITIL4 Foundation Course not delivered for 9 out of the 11 delegates requiring a lot of time being spent photocopying the course work using the 2 that were delivered. The folders eventually arrived on the day of the exam. No revision handbook for the course either. Poorly organized.”

“I really liked the well balanced course content & the lab work (that was part of 4375L: Data Warehousing on AWS). The instructor, Mukesh Panday, was very knowledgeable on the Redshift DWH subject and on AWS services in general. He took ample real examples to clear the concepts and to make the course relevant and interesting. Thanks GK for setting up this course and especially for having Mukesh as our instructor. It was a real pleasure to attend this course and to have taught by him. ...”

“I loved the format of this training - participating in a virtual classroom meant that I was able to focus and concentrate fully on the material at hand, therefore getting more out of the training session. The instructor was very thorough and clear in the delivery of the material, and the pacing was fantastic.
