“Did the ITIL4 Foundations course. Sushila was a great instructor. She was kind, engaging, considerate and knowledgeable. The course was well organized with many resources provided for learning. Would recommended.”

“I completed Excel Level 1, 2, and 3 with Global Knowledge Training, and the experience was outstanding—largely thanks to Mark Ibraham. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely funny, and very approachable. He has a great way of explaining complex Excel concepts in a clear, practical way that actually sticks. No rushing, no talking at you—he makes sure everyone is following along and getting value out of the course. What really stood out was how accommodating and understanding he was with our needs, especially around breaks. Training days can be long, but Mark was generous, flexible, and clearly cared about keeping everyone engaged and comfortable. On top of that, Mark went above and beyond by delivering high-energy, high-quality training despite being overseas in a time zone roughly 7 hours ahead. That alone says a lot about his professionalism and dedication. He never let the time difference affect the quality of the sessions. If you’re looking to level up your Excel skills I can’t recommend Global Knowledge Training and Mark Ibraham highly enough.”

“Instructor for the course was awesome! The provided slides weren't great, but he created his own on the fly, and made up for any gaps in information! He made some really dry topics (business processes/practices, cryptography, etc) engaging and fun. I loved all of the geeky references! Made the class much easier to incorporate into my day-to-day job functions.”
