“An extremely disappointing experience in July 2019. Exchange and refund service was dreadful!! My emails were repeatedly ignored and when I eventually got through, Trying to get an address to send back to was a complete nightmare. I started off wanting to exchange but got so fed up of waiting I asked for a refund.. I am still waiting for that refund a YEAR later!!!!! AVOID!!!!!”
“I bought a pair of leggings on sale, and when they arrived they didn’t fit. I returned them and asked for another size. I was told the other size is not available and I cannot have a refund. They now have the leggings and my money. Will not buy from them ever again.”
“I purchased the mightnight collection leggings & bra. I love both & the sizes are perfect. Only downside is the waist band on the leggings doesn't stay up & rolls down, for the price this is very dissapointing. If the waist band was better & may have given more stars.”

“I'm a long time gluteywear girl, and have seen the brand develop. Pluses - the scrunch bum has improved DRAMATICALLY, many of my early pairs lost this feature quite quickly. The fabric is softer and washes better and the machine work is also improved
Minuses - The fabric is much lighter, and not as supportive as it used to be. I personally prefer a slightly thicker fabric and slight compression it gave. I'd never wear the newer ones out casually as I don't feel as confident in them.
Overall, 4 stars, great product, but the fact I only wear them for the gym, means they lose out on a fifth star.”
“I ordered two throngs in the same colour but when they arrived they were completely different. Customer service attitude was they weren’t sold as a set so not our problem. I returned the items and they didn’t refund either of the postage charges. Will never recommend or use this company again. I advise others to buy elsewhere.”
