“The product was described as grade A siberian larch, Grade A allows for occasional small knots however many boards will be clear of defects. This was not the case and a large number of the boards had frequent and larger knots, I interpret this as Grade B. Supplier responded by saying they do not supply premium grade timber, free of knots. So don't expect genuine grade A and factor in extra to cut out any damage.”

“Ordered on line checked delivery before deciding to buy 2 to 5 days so went a head & ordered after a week sent numerus emails asking for a delivery date. Went on line & chatted with online company rep who was great sent in reminders to the company in my behalf asking for date. Ordered on the 1st should have had by the 7 but still waiting email saying should be with me on the 11th. Email also stated Your order is on its way. Your goods should arrive within the time frame quoted on our website. Tracking: Monday-11-10-2021 Courier. So much for 2 - 5 days here's hoping I do receive my order on the 11th.”

“I placed an order for this product (along with several other items) on the 11th of the month and my payment was accepted. On the 13th I got a e-mail confirming that my items had been dispatched and would arrive within 7 day. On the 16th my first item arrived, no problem. on the 17th I decided to enquire about the other Items, only to find the only way to contact the seller was though Go Banana's antiquated messenger system . On the 19th I received another e-mail identical to the previous one. Later that day I got a response on the messenger telling me "I am afraid the chipboard flooring is not in stock. We do have the date of returning for this. Would you like to receive timber and be refunded for the chipboard?" I can only guess that "returning" means back in stock, but the seller forgot to inform me. I accepted this offer but did not receive the timber or the refund until the 26th. Not impressed, will never use this site again.”

“Whilst I can maybe live with the ingrained dirt and smeared oil covering some of the timber I received, having just started to unpack and install, I discover more than half the timber in the bundles are seriously split, warped and falling apart. This may be the suppliers fault but go banana has no clear way of registering complaint or of rating or reviewing a supplier. Therefore it does not deserve a top rating”

“I ordered 3 bulk bags of gravel to be delivered. Was a good price & free delivery. Before I ordered I checked I could have the items delivered the following Friday & had a response saying to message on booking. I did this but didn’t get a response, I wasn’t worried as my messages were there from Before & it said they would email when despatched. However they delivered the 3 bags Monday, I didn’t get chance to clear the drive, driver couldn’t get hold of me & did the best he could droping them off without blocking in the car. I did message but had no response, got a dispatch email after the items were delivered to say they were on their way. Really poor communication, which is the key element on this type of site. Only good thing was I found out builder base were delivering & I called them direct to ask them to come back to move the stuff further down the drive. Should have just gone direct.”

“its now 12 days this order was placed I think this is very poor service as your email to me said it would be with me in 2to 4 days and not able to talk to anyone about delivery and not any details how delivery was being maid so I think this is very poor service my order no is 14031”
