“I have not yet used the timber purchased using Go Banana. I found the process straight forward and, when eventually placing my first order ( in excess of £1000), I was disappointed that my e mailed order receipt mentioned delivery taking between 10 and 30 days. After a quick message to the seller the matter was satisfactorily resolved and the time between ordering and dispatch was minimal. The courier contacted me two days before delivery and arrived at the time specified. All in all a good service and smooth ordering process. I would use it again.”

“Everything arrived as ordered. The quality seems good. However, the items arrived without warning - it just so happened that I was at home when they arrived. Being informed of a date and time for delivery would have been very helpful.”

“All good so far. Quick correspondence. I had a problem at the payment, there was an error saying “the post code doesn’t match with the bank card address “ however the postcode was correct… Tried several times with different cards, new account but get the same error. I tried a lot of combinations and then I managed to pay with the post code left blank .”

“Pleased to say that I have received notice from the seller of the gravel i ordered arriving next week. Go Banana let me know I had a message from the seller, and I am so far impressed with the ease of order and communication from then. I will review again when the order has been fulfilled”

“I just placed an order and it’s not showing on the website and I haven’t got a confirmation email but the money has come out the bank. I can’t find any form of contact info for them Update I received a phone call after I emailed them yesterday. They sent me out a confirmation order manually. The lady was really polite and helpful”
