Zero stars. DO NOT USE. One of the worst and most expensive ordering experiences. I got no order confirmation or payment confirmation so I reordered, but the orders had gone through without Go Banana telling me! So I ended up with multiple items being delivered Multiple other errors on the website and no way to access to support made it impossible to correct the problem

Flexible plywood not delivered - DHL’s fault, no communication, no refund, contacted merchant through go banana - no response, no phone number to call - it’s been 3 weeks now and heard nothing- will not use again - avoid!

I was told delivery woukd be Friday. Got home today. Bags at foot of drive stacked on top of each other. I am 70 and 5ft tall. Unacceptable to have this done to me with this item

Avoid. Order hasnt arrived on time and still outstanding. trying to contact anyone is nigh on pointless and i still await a response. Mean while they have my hard earned and I have nothing to show for it except disappointment.

I placed a trail order for 10 boards of cladding, order number 48673. Out of the order, 1 of the boards had a split around 3 inches in length, and ,1 of the boards had a large bow down the whole length. The boards came as 4m lengths, however they are being installed as 2m, so there isn't much leverage to get the bow out. After asking for the two boards to be replaced, I simply got a message saying a courier will be coming to collect the two boards for a refund. This would make me short for the job I'm doing. After stating this, I just received another order saying the boards are ok, and I should seek advice from a professional carpenter. I was also advised I could have the whole order collected for a refund. So in a way that's good, but not really what I wanted. Abit of feedback to the team, it's abit rude to assume someone's knowledge, by asking them to seek a professional. I tried the internet, next time I'll just go to the wood yard as I feel there's a better service. It's a shame as Im doing whole side of my house, which would have been a order for around 3k.

Ordered on 22nd November, received an email on 23rd November telling me order had been despatched. Same day received this email asking me to rate Go Bananas. Email received today 24th November informing me they haven't got what I ordered in stock! Good name for a company as I am about to Go Bananas!!

A good idea with unforseen consequences. Since GB sources your order from a number of different suppliers, you end up having to take delivery multiple times. This means multiple days off work to be available. In addition to this, if you have a problem and contact the supplier, they seem oblivious of the involvement of Go Bananas. I ordered 4 items and after 2 weeks, only 2 have arrived, leaving me to chase up a number of companies, instead of having one contact to go to. Until significant changes are made, I would avoid this company.

I’ve been informed that my ordered item is not available but a refund is pending. So is Christmas. Any chance of my money??

I cannot recommend Go Banana. Every problem is blamed on everyone else except them. They said that the delivery would be made during a 5 day window and that they would provide more information. When we got to day 4 and I chased them up they blamed communication between them and their supplier. Then when I wanted a time for the 6th day, they gave me a delivery number which was useless. On contacting the courier I was told that it was a 1 day window, but that was my fault because delivery was free. During all this they blamed the problems on being a new enterprise. Look at feedback sites and there are examples of negative feedback going back over 12 months. Now I point out that some of the product was delivered, damaged, they are avoiding the issue and ignoring me. Obviously a communication problem again. Not good if you want to deliver a project on time.

Ordered CLS timber 3 X2 what turned up was 38mm x 67mm ( 1nch & half x 2 three quarters) !!!! So not really 3x2 (75mmx 50 mm ) 😔

Placing an order was satisfactory and the item was listed as in stock at the time. The order was confirmed, processed and despatched, but never arrived. Poor follow up service.
