“I have used GoCompare for a number of years without a problem. This year the best quote is from Hastings Direct. Because I wanted additional services, I followed the route to Hastings Direct website which failed. I then have treid to phone HD several times without success. Finally I got through only for HD to hang up. I then tried again using HD's direct number. After another long wait I eventually spoke to someone who asked me for the GoCompare quote number and then promptly hung up. I have failed completely to reach HD Customer Services to complain. Why do you promote this company?”

“I feel ripped off. As I have freinds who have a bad history with driving and insurance who are younger than me, driving more powerful cars than mine but still my insurance is £400 more. How does this work.”

“Got through to general accident and got through to giving bank details twice and got the message it had timed out??? twice Tried AA and they came up with an accident I haven't had ? The General accident is worrying. Went on to Compare the market and it worked first time LVU.”

“When I finally got the quote (and the cheapest three were identical in price which strikes me as strange) and I went to enact it, the screen said I had to call the insure provide red. That's not what I want or expect when doing an application on line.”
