“Car insurance quote from your supplier was not accurate. Price was more than £100 extre once clicked buy button and taken to your suppliers checkout page. No extras were added and quote was still valid on the day.”

“was very disappointed picked an insurance that I needed then tried to make a payment.Was told to sign in gave my email address and password and was told it was not valid.So tried again went through all the procedure again the quotes came back again but the price had gone up.?????????? still tried to make a payment only to be told again that email was invalid and the password as well.In between this transaction they had sent me a quote on my email so that must have been ok and not invalid.I tried to change my password and went through the procedure again only to find it had gone up again and was still told something was invalid ????????????????????????????? What can I say keep your online insurance I will make a phone call and complete my transaction elsewhere”

“made a quote online accepted it an take it out also could'nt get to the web site very annoying an then used phone option which charged me by the minute an using the reference quote made me redo the entire quote while being charged an went up even more to a point i could'nt afford! very unhappy about it!!!”

“Gocompare site was fairly straightforward, company that was chosen was not so good, kept changing my occupation, couldn't find my motorcycle, even though I had reg number, kept saying my card wasn't authorised, so had to phone company, girl i spoke to spoke too quietly and too quickly.”

“I like go compare 's service ... But customers must beware of insurers " reinterpreting " the proposal form questions when they send you documents after you've purchased vehicle insurance .... This usually results in a ' changed details' payment !”
