“You gave me a car insurance premium figure for CIS, however when I went into CIS they quoted a higher figure saying you figures were only indicative. Waste of time.”

“Yes I received a quote for £318 . Then when I forwarded to the main site it jumped up to £1098.. Bit of a farce”

“ENTERED PASSWORD , WENT TO GO BACK INTO THE WEB SITE , WOULD NOT BRING UP THE PASSWORD ,RECEIVED NEW PASSWORD , THIS TOOK ME BACK TO AN OLD QUOTE I HAD FROM YOU IN 2012 FOR A DIFFERENT VEHICLE , WOULD NOT LET ME CHANGE VEHICLE REG NO .”

“SERVICE AND SOFTWARE PLATFORM VERY NICE, EASY TO USE, MY DILEMMA BEING I WAS BEING SHOWN QUOTES WITH EXCELLENT BENEFITS, BUT EXTREMELY INCORRECT PRICES COMPARED TO WHEN INSURANCE COMPANIES SITE WAS VISITED, I CALLED/ RECEIVED A CALL. QUOTES SEEM EXTREMELY HIGH COMPARED TO INSURANCE I HAVE ALREADY GOT. WOULD I RECOMMEND GOCOMPARE TO A FRIEND? TAKE A LOOK NO HARM IN TRYING I HOPE!!”

“I had a reference numbr after getting an online quote. I rang them and was told the quitecwas wrong and they foukdnt honout the prices. They put the price up an extra £400. Rip off. That was Swintons.”

“We had an offer which was emailed to us. Next day when we wanted to start the insurance the price had gone up by £70 even though we had a written offer.”

“Not very happy with the site because I was quoted £669 when I looked on go compare for my insurance, when I went to the site to pay it had shot up to £777 and because I was picking the car up in about 1 hr, I had no time to do another search. when I got back and did another search with the same company it had gone down again to £690. I feel that they use a ploy like that to attract more people and would be interested to hear from others who have had the same experience”

“1. Kwik fit would not let me choose the pay now option, and I therefore had to phone them up. 2. The company owns the car and an employee drives it, but this was not allowed by Kwik Fit, so I wasted loads of time only to find out they wouldn't cover me. A section where I could put him as main driver, and his relationship to me as employee programmed to alert me would have saved at least some time.”
