“Fabulous service from the Goddiva customer service team, I was completely stuck on what to get but i was advised on the best style to wear for an upcoming event by the live chat! I ordered a few dresses for choice and kept a stunning sequin dress! i returned the rest which was straightforward and the refund came through within 7 days! Will definitely be buying more dresses!”

“Ordered 3 dresses to try on for a HUGE occassion - 2 did not suit me at all, but the one was perfect!!!!!!!! Packed the other 2 back up in the original packaging, completed the returns form and stuck the pre paid sticker on the front. Had a notification to say my dresses had been received back and were going to be checked by another department (naturally) and that the refund could take several days. Within a couple of hours I had another email saying I had been refunded. So all in all - excellent service and would highly recommend!”

“If i could give this place a 0 star I would. They are fully aware of a website bug which could potentially stop sales. Billing address is being defaulted to the shipping address upon checkout. Customer service team of no use. I was on a live chat with one of the team and they are just ignoring me. There is no way to leave google reviews and conveniently the Facebook reviews page is coming up 404 not found.”

We have answered all of your queries from the day before when you requested to have your addresses changed on all orders and alternative options for future orders were also given to you by our CS Team. We understand that there is this issue when checking, and although this is an inconvenience to some customers, once explained they are very understanding to the issue. “I ordered DR1168_Champagne from Goddiva, the dress is stunning and is exactly as seen on the website, I was advised by the online chat service to size up due to the chiffon and sequin material this was very helpful and I recieved my perfect fit”

“I would stay clear of this site. I would stay clear of this site, as good as it look and with all the celeb endorsements when it actually comes to it it is awful. Never refunded my money after I returned the items. I sent over 5 emails over the course of 1.5 months, and never received a response.”

“Ordered 2 dresses to try for my upcoming wedding, neither were the best of quality. Didn’t even bother to try on as noticed the stitching was loose on one of the dresses. Returned via post office on 22/11/18 which cost an eye watering £11!!! 10 days have passed and there has been no confirmation of them recieving my return and no sign of my refund. I have emailed but had no reply. I Will not be using this company again!!”

“ordered prom dress for my daughter in two sizes as wasn't sure if they would come up with the true sizeThe dress looked lovely on her.The only problem the lining under the dress didn't sit right so decided to keep the slightly bigger size and have the length shorten .The only reason I'm giving this review a 4 instead of a 5 star is the cost of posting back recorded delivery.”

“I chose some dresses for my daughter as she'd been invited to a ball. I had problems with paying but the staff were very proactive and tried to solve the problem. I was able,on their suggestion, rather like Miracle on 34th Street, to purchase the same dresses on their sister site. These have arrived in 24 hrs: Clare must be a fairy godmother and my daughter will go to her Ball. The dresses are lovely and exactly as described. Now to polish the pumpkin 😉. Thank you Goddiva!”
