Purchased an item and its been over a week and no email of dispatch or delivery. Terrible service, I tried to email twice and have not heard anything back and on my account it shows as unfulfilled. Terrible service would not buy again off this website and just want a refund! Don't also understand how the only way to contact them is a email and no chat or phone services.

One month later still no sign of replacement coat in exchange for a too big one I returned. No response from customer service either.

I received the dress, it didn’t fit quite right. Tried to return it only to learn the cost is $190!!! Twice the cost of the dress. Reached out to Godiva, said they couldn’t help at all. I’ll never shop this store again.

I placed an order for 4 outfits on 27th July 2023 but none were suitable so returned them on 7th August 2023 and yet I have not received a refund - despite having confirmation that they have been received by Goddiva at the returns address on 9th August. I have been in touch with customer service and provided both proof of return and proof of receipt of the return and I have heard nothing. I have sent 3 chaser emails and been ignored. Where is my refund as we we past the 7-14 day limit for refunds?!

I have emailed their team but have not been refunded 351 pounds for the 4 dresses that have been returned to them. Still awaiting to hear back from their team.

Hi Devina Thank you for your feedback We are really sorry that your refund(s) were not processed on time. Our returns team aim to have all returns processed within 7-14 business days of arrival. From our records we can see that your Goddiva return parcel is stuck in transit please see below https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/ZF347002002GB A courier claim has been raised for your returns as missing in transit. Our returns team processed and refunded you accordingly on the 07/03/23. All refunds are processed back onto the original payment method. Warm wishes Goddiva x

The worst company ever!!! I ordered my dresses before 20 days and till now I didn’t get any information about the status of my order, also I did not get the tracking number of my shipment so the dresses till now haven't been shipped. I tried to contact them by email, but they didn't respond. I demand refund but I still did get answers from them.

Expect your item not to arrive with no valuable feedback from their customer service. I ordered a dress weeks ago, their website says they "are getting it ready". No one at customer service knows what is going on and with my event 2 weeks away I have wasted almost 4 weeks waiting for the dress that I paid for.

Poor customer service. I ordered 2 dresses. I kept the other returned in the condition it came in. The dress i kept had a security strip tag.... The other didn't. I returned the other and i am being refused a refund because they issued a dress without a security tag. The dress was not damaged or had any issues!!!! Even the respomsea and response time is poor and poorly constructed. Will NEVER USE AGAIN

Dress didn’t suit me. Returned within a few days with all tags etc in tact. Refund refused as they deem it an un-saleable condition. Dress wasn’t cheap, extremely disappointed. Amazon pay are now refunding me thankfully. Should have listened to all the reviews before buying. Avoid.

Dress received was not as expected. The quality/sizing was good and it was very well made but looked a different colour to the picture and had a lot more sequins! However this £90 dress was returned and received (tracked by Royal Mail) on 11th November and after a further 16 days of chasing a refund I finally recieved an email stating although the warehouse received the item, the terms state that the returns department needs to receive the item so it took 16 days for them to transfer the dress from the place that they asked me to return it to in the first place to their returns department?! I was then told that it would take a further 14 working days to process my refund.. bad personal experience with Goddiva and unfortunately would not be shopping with them again nor would I reccomend..

If i could give this place a 0 star I would. They are fully aware of a website bug which could potentially stop sales. Billing address is being defaulted to the shipping address upon checkout. Customer service team of no use. I was on a live chat with one of the team and they are just ignoring me. There is no way to leave google reviews and conveniently the Facebook reviews page is coming up 404 not found.

Hi there, We are terribly sorry that you feel this way about the website. We have answered all of your queries from the day before when you requested to have your addresses changed on all orders and alternative options for future orders were also given to you by our CS Team. We understand that there is this issue when checking, and although this is an inconvenience to some customers, once explained they are very understanding to the issue. I would stay clear of this site. I would stay clear of this site, as good as it look and with all the celeb endorsements when it actually comes to it it is awful. Never refunded my money after I returned the items. I sent over 5 emails over the course of 1.5 months, and never received a response.

I wouldn't order from here, I got somebody else's knickers in with my dress..I tried to sort it out with the customer care team and was not offered a proper apology or discount (as you would expect).

I wrote to Goddiva twice, about a year apart, asking them why the had sent me an email saying that they had deleted all my points that I had accrued from purchases. They never replied. No other shop that gives you points for purchases has an expiry date on points. There is no details on their website about deleting your points and no details about an expiry date. This is very poor customer service and a very poor way to treat loyal customers.
