“They are a caring company that tried their best at getting a replacement new glasses when the one I ordered got broken putting the lens in place and its immediate replacement was not available. They let me purchase a more expensive glasses at the price of the broken one. I did have trouble with an insert Rx piece breaking around one lens after about 2 years on a previous pair I had purchased. The Rx's have been spot on and the clarity of the glasses has been great.”

“I got a pair of those glasses that are bendable and my daughter is abusing it to no end. She likes them, so we're pretty happy with the selection compared to more expensive glasses we got that broke within a month. What I would advise is that the price of the frame does not include the cost of the lenses, which I was a bit confused at first. The ordering form wasn't 100% clear, but that didn't stop me from finishing the order as I needed rugged glasses for my kid. Anyway, it is worth every penny.”

“Glasses were up to spec. Fast shipping, no issues at all. Quality seems to be decent. However after playing for two months I noticed the transitions coating tends to scratch easily. Was hoping that at this price point the costing would be more resilient. Other than that good stuff.”

The production time took 10 days, which, though within the time of 5-10 days as promised, was longer than I had experienced before. Express delivery was also within stated times. In all it was a good experience, but perhaps a bit disappointing, since production and delivery had been so quick the first time. Also, please improve on the response time to the live chat feature.”
“I'm satisfied thus far with my Goggles, although I'm stressed about them not having scratch-resistant options for sunglasses at my prescription level and decided to just go with a relatively cheap option. Some water still gets in but all in all they fit snug and well around my eyes! I'm happy with them and hope to use them more soon, and maybe tweak the adjustments of the strap/nose piece size etc to see if I can get them to not let in water but mainly I think they fit as well as I could've hoped!”
“The glasses are great, they were shipped really fast. I didn’t give them a five because only one pair of my daughter’s glasses came with the ear clips and plastic connector. This was my second time ordering from them and before each pair came with their respective glasses. Otherwise I am happy with the product.”
