“They were helpful at choosing a product and once I contacted them, they were helpful. They finished making it in 1 or 2 weeks but it took 2 months to get to me and every time I contacted them they didn't tell me much, up until the point where i asked for a refund and MAGICALLY it got here in a week after sitting in the same place for two months. I paid $60 for shipping and the product was $240, 2 months is absolutely ridiculous, especially after advertising 5-8 day express shipping.”
“I liked that the lenses fit the goggles and provided the correction I needed for short sightesness. The problem I have is that in a ski accident they were quite unforgiving. Ended up with a black eye 6 stitches, brain heamorrhage and being unconscious because of the right eye lens force from a face plant (caused by a malfunction in binding at 50mph). Without the lens the worst case would have been a dislocated shoulder”
“Easy to order. Received quickly. Cute goggles. Lens popped out of the googles after only 3 weeks while swimming in the pool. Disappointing for the nearly $200 cost.”
