“UPDTED review: I received my goggle inserts and they work great. These things ship from Hong Kong so if youre in a rush look for other options. The turn around time was about the same as a pair of glasses. They shipped 10 days after I ordered them and DHL got them here in 3 with the expedited shipping option. The product is great, the 3 stars is for customer service. There was no information available until DHL got the package.”
“My daughter was very excited to get a pair of goggles that were different in color to the ones she'd had in the past. We weren't thrilled when one of the clips on the strap broke about a week after she started wearing them! Fortunately, I keep bungee cords for her just in case it happens, but I still hoped we'd get more wear from them first!”

I was disappointed in the fact they were shipped from CHINA & the plastic-y bits that help keep the glasses on my four year old seem cheap and easily stretched out. I did have the prescription on the glasses checked by our optometrist and they are as correct as they could be. (: (((We ordered a second pair through our insurance company.)))”
“I bought the type 4 inserts that is supposed to fit most goggles. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit into my Smith I/O ones. It does fit into another pair of my goggles (Bolle). The lenses correct my sight just like my normal prescription glasses but I feel that they cause some optical distortion, as they are rounded to fit into the shape of the ski goggles. Took a couple of runs to get used to that. There is also quite a bit of chromatic aberration (colour fringing) going on in the lower part of the glasses. Even though I didn’t get the anti-fogging option they rarely started fogging up. The contact I had with the customer service was very professional and helpful! Considering all I’m giving a strong 3-star review with the downsides being that the inserts don’t fit into my preferred Smith I/O goggles and the optics not being completely up to my expectations. I would still recommend the product but I think there is also room for improvement!”
“The goggles I ordered seem low quality. The first time using them, the nose piece broke. I replaced it with the other nose pieces provided, but they also broke right away. Of course it's not a big deal because I can buy some other nose pieces, but it was annoying not to be able to use them right away and it makes me wonder how long the rest of the googles will hold up. Maybe it's just this brand (Liphs), if I had bought a reputable brand it might have been ok.”
“The website would allow me to use my FSA card, and then it showed my order as placed but declined, so I had to follow up with customer service to ensure it was processed in another way. The site was easy to navigate, and customer service did help me sort it out, but it was confusing to get to that point.”
“Fairly easy ordering process online. The prescription inserts fit our goggles nicely. Would have gave 4or 5 stars but they don't send you an email saying order has shipped with tracking #. After a week of waiting I had to go on the site to check my order status. Received order a week after checking.”
