“Very low quality service. Very rude with clients. Asking from us to make print ready documents even if I paid option to send them photos. Anyway they should just arrange photos in pdf for flyer because I'm not professional and I don't how that works. They did not want to help and do that (what is less then 1min job). Avoid this company, use any smaller local shop. I'm sure they will respect more clients then this printing giant who keep monopol.”

“After completing all the tasks of uploading artwork, my stickers did not arrive on time - when I enquired they said I had not uploaded artwork - which was not true. This impacted my production badly. The quality is fine but customer service and resolving issues needs a lot of work. DO NOT trust their website for uploading images, triple-check because their system sometimes loses your files and then your delivery will be delayed.”
