"Ordered online on 11 July and the delivery date was the on 13 July at 11 am. I called at 10.30 am and they told me that it has not been printed. I need the item by 11 am. So, I told the customer service to cancel and refund it to me. He said he will process it. Then, at 1.15 pm, the said item was delivered and refund was never processed. So, delayed by 3 hours and too late as I have already left for KLIA. They did not honour their online delivery time. When you call them, you can hear the staff are talking amongst themselves in a non respectful way. Imagine if you need something for an important presentation. It wont be ready as per their online order. Sad."
