“I was attended by customer support, Rina, and they area able to provide the same day, quick response to assess whether my business card requirements can be made by their printing capabilities. This provided the much needed assurance for me to opt for their service. Design team wise, I was assisted by Mukhris Aiman, who was patience in working with me through multiple iteration of mt design to meet my corporate requirements. Personal opinion of Gogoprint service would be that if you have very strict and precise requirement of a design, their design capabilities might not be able to satisfy these types of requirement. However, for a quick rough design print, their service definitely delivers and would recommend it to anyone else. I did opt for the quickest delivery option (3 days lead time upon design confirmation) and received my product 1 day ahead of the expected delivery schedule. Although they do not have a physical store where you can go down on-site to see their physical product, the quality of their 310gsm and matte finish business card is a fine option for someone wanting a profession a touch for their corporate business card.”

“My go-to person at Go Go Print Malaysia is Hani as she is professional, quick to help and actually takes the time to respond to my queries. I understand they are busy and might not reply immediately but the fact that they do is already good enough. If it's urgent, my suggestion would be to call and speak to them.
