AVOID AT ALL COSTS, it's cost me the full price of the smsts for a course that wasn't taught well the online video clips was glitchy and could get on the course due to there Internet there end when I couldn't get back no the course due to very bad connection i got kicked off due to them, the tutor said suck it up tutor paul was rushing through the course , they shared others personal data which was in breach of data protection act and clearly appeared un bothered,once asked for a resit or a refund they laughed at me ,they even sent me emails that was supposed to of been sent to head office amongst them,stating its that annoying person again! ,that's customer service at it best lol. Now they have just blanked me . Very bad service amd wouldn't waste your time ,there's so much more out there apart from gold cross , just look at there reviews, says everything. So please take this onborad and go else were”
“Just finished my SMSTS refresher with Tony miller in Dartford, the delivery was absolutely fantastic, clearly tony is very knowledgable and made the course very interesting with loads of humour,I would thoroughly recommend anyone thinking of doing this cource to do it with gold cross and in particular with tony , top man 👍”
“Poor tutoring. Basically flew through a load of slides and spoke more about putting the world to rights. Not very approachable or encouraging ( a few people left the course early on), and left much of the work to ourselves which I could have done online. Through my own hard work in my own time I managed to pass my exams but feedback from Tony was not worth the paper it was written on. Almost felt like they didn't want to pass the knowledge on to others.”
