“Sent them an email with regards to some shocking tactics, I’m still waiting on a reply to this ——— Last night I clicked on a link on Facebook which was for the Golden Equation Kastav Reflective Pullover Men's Jacket - Reflective priced on sale at £25. On entering your site the price was then priced at £50, I tried several times but each time it came up £50 not the on sale advertised price of £25. I ordered the jacket at the said £50 as we liked the look of it for my son. But I have just came home from work and clicked the link to show my wife, and to my disbelief it was in fact priced at the said £25 as advertised. To say I’m not happy at being charged the £50 for a sale item is an understatement. How can this somewhat glitch have happened. I look forward to your reply.”
