Fraud. They offer products that aren’t in stock and then don’t refund the postage (which they haven’t had to pay for as the stock wasn’t posted)

I was not happy with my order as 1 item was missing and trying to contact this company has been a nightmare as no one picks up the phone or responds to my email despite trying 1/2 dozen times I tried re ordering on the missing item but no success, it shows that the item is in stock and goes through the whole process of payment, only to let you know later on via email that my payment has been refunded without any explanation.😡😡

Ordered , paid and had delivery sent notification. 1 hour later I received a refund of all the monies bar postage ! Sent emails and Facebook messages to no avail . The outcome is - no clothes and out of pocket with postage costs . Stay clear .

Half of my order was cancelled for being out of stock although the same products are still live on their website today, i asked to refund the whole order but they still sent it. I have Emailed them 3 times but no respond!!

order not delivered customer service waste of my time order so called dispatched post office tracing never arrived did get refund for goods but not delivery £3.99 a time is a nice little earner would not have anything to do with them very poor service they don't answer e mails or the phone

Hi Iv not received my items. My address is 08 charnell road staple hill bristol bs165ne. Two vests have not arrived. It said it arrived on Thursday the 29th but Iv not received parcels. Can you explain where they are. Thanks Dan

The pockets are so narrow, you will not be able to put anything in the pockets without the items falling out in less than a minute.

My item came with a rip on it . I emailed the address on the invoice and I still haven't had a response .

Sent them an email with regards to some shocking tactics, I’m still waiting on a reply to this ——— Last night I clicked on a link on Facebook which was for the Golden Equation Kastav Reflective Pullover Men's Jacket - Reflective priced on sale at £25. On entering your site the price was then priced at £50, I tried several times but each time it came up £50 not the on sale advertised price of £25. I ordered the jacket at the said £50 as we liked the look of it for my son. But I have just came home from work and clicked the link to show my wife, and to my disbelief it was in fact priced at the said £25 as advertised. To say I’m not happy at being charged the £50 for a sale item is an understatement. How can this somewhat glitch have happened. I look forward to your reply.

I ordered joggers and in a medium they look like they have been knocked together and would fit a 6 year old wouldn't order again off you

Delivered the wrong size and as the labels were cut before I noticed I contacted them to be told there was nothing they could do. Very short replies,very blunt and would definitely not advise buying from here.

Has been over 3 weeks and still not received my order, same issue as some other reviews: tracking shows dispatched but is ‘on its way to Royal Mail’. Nearly a month later and the tracking still shows ‘on its way to Royal Mail’ Royal Mail in calls have said the package still hasn’t been passed over to them. Have emailed the support email address a total of 3 times over the last 3 weeks and have not received a single reply. Have now had to resort to requesting a refund.

the hoody that i ordered was fine, until i washed it and the golden equation logo came off. This happened to the joggers aswell. All the writing and badge came off !!

To be honest I was not happy with the product. You falsely say Rab on your advert which it clearly isn’t. Also there is a few loose bits of stitching. So lt looks like being another work coat
