Washed the item like I do with all new clothing. Three of the letters came off!

Some of the clothes are ok but some don’t last 5 minutes. Was promised a free hat and shirt with every order and didn’t receive anything so won’t be ordering again.

Hey Chantay, Thank you so much for leaving us a review at Golden Equation. Unfortunately, we send out and receive 1000s of parcels on a daily basis so it's not physically possible for us to track parcels on an individual basis to notify customers of their returns progress. You should have been given tracking information from the courier you used to return the parcel with to track the progress of your return and we also send notifications out when orders are refunded/exchanged. I bought products on the 15th I received an email that they have been dispatched on the 17th but the Royal Mail tracking shows that they have not reached Royal Mail as on the 21st at 21h30

One of the elastic band Came off as soon as I tried to tighten the track suit bottom. The right ankle one came off. Can I get a refund or another pair of tracksuit bottoms as all of my nearest post offices are closed. Thank you.

I ordered the Mens Grande Cargo Track Pants but the quality wasn’t up to my standard. There were black pen marks all over the trousers. I had to send it over to the cleaners to get the pen out as everything i was doing just wasn’t cutting it, and i didn’t want to discolour it. However, once all the marks and stains were removed the item actually looks pretty nice, But i won’t be ordering from here again sadly.

Colour of the product was wrong the description and picture show the colour wine when the tracksuit arrived it was more a raspberry colour . I also ordered a small in the same colour hoodie the wine tracksuit bottoms arnt fitted either like it shows in the picture and when it arrived it was absolutely huge . Sizeing is wrong even after I followed the size chart and info given .

you do not have a small size in any of your coats but you’ve shown small size in Your Website’s measurement scale.So plz start making it.The size is the problem otherwise you are the boss.

Still have yet to receive items even after ordering over a week ago. Tried tracking the order however GLS says they have to been handed over to them yet

I can see that your parcel left the UK two days after you placed your order and your parcel is currently stuck in customs. With a Worldwide health crisis currently happening, customs and border force patrol and doing much more thorough checks of parcels that are entering countries which is what has caused the delay and this is for the safety of not only yourself but for everyone within your country to make sure your parcel is safe to enter the country. I have been using this site for a while now, I ordered a medium vest which when it came was like extra large so I was a little disappointed with that, I was told to return but due to the item being so cheap I really couldn’t be bothered, I like the style of some of the items hence why I started using the site, I have wanted to use the pay later option but it won’t let me, it would be a lot easier for me to do that rather than paying and if it doesn’t fit wasting my time, if someone from the team could help me with the pay later etc I would be very grateful,
