“Has been over 3 weeks and still not received my order, same issue as some other reviews: tracking shows dispatched but is ‘on its way to Royal Mail’. Nearly a month later and the tracking still shows ‘on its way to Royal Mail’ Royal Mail in calls have said the package still hasn’t been passed over to them. Have emailed the support email address a total of 3 times over the last 3 weeks and have not received a single reply. Have now had to resort to requesting a refund.”
