“As Golfbase have a free returns service I ordered 2 pairs of FJ golf shoes as unsure of sizing. Evri were extremely slow in delivering so contacted golfbase who got back to me within 48 hours (this was over Xmas period) and eventually the shoes turned up. I returned one pair and received a refund within 7 days. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.”

“Golfbase did very well. Processed the order quickly and advised me that my parcel has been dispatched. I am unable to comment further as at this precise moment in time (12 days on) the parcel has yet to arrive and I'm advised it may well have been lost during processing by the delivery company. So only 3 stars whilst I await my parcel. Update 03/12: Original parcel was lost in their system by Evri (how that is possible, who knows). Golfbase have been extremely helpful in resolving the issue by sending out another pair of shoes this time via Royal Mail. They arrived today, fit very well and I am very happy with this outcome albeit that it has taken a bit of time to arrive. A shame Evri couldn't provide a similar professional service as Golfbase.”
