“Very happy with the item (Oscar Jacobson sleeveless vest) the quality and fit was as expected. However, apparently due to bad weather, Evri were unable to deliver the item until 8 days after the deliver by date. That was a very poor effort as other carriers managed to deliver items to my address, on time, during the same time period.”

“Although the purchase process was designed to be simple (you either pay by credit card or PayPal), my experience was a bit different. Firstly, I tried to pay by Revolut (to avoid paying exchange rate commissions to my Portuguese Bank) but golfbase told me that previously experienced problems with other clients and requested me to pay by PayPal. I attended their request and tried to pay by PayPal. Secondly, I experienced problems with Paypal. This time PayPal did not pay the bill because of internal problems, completely random to me. Lastly, I ended to pay with my Portuguese credit card and therefore had to pay exchange commissions because the site, although you change the coin to your local, the system still bill you in pounds. The shipping process went very well.”

“The clothing is good quality the prices are really good i was excited at the size options being a bigger guy but my first order with them was for my girlfriend and the womens clothing was a little smaller than i expected so my girlfriend wasnt happy then i ordered myself a nice blue island green top in xxl my order clearly said xxl and the top that arrives said L on the packaging and xl on the top so i have no idea how that happened and it left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth but im hoping any orders in the future will be handled more professionally golfbase did refund me for the womens clothing and i kept the mens top as a incentive to lose some weight but to have the packaging say L the top be a xl and you need xxl is very unprofessional i felt.”

“Paid extra for next day delivery by DPD. Item was posted 24 hrs delivery by Royal Mail and didnt arrive for 3 days. Why pay for something and then they send by another method. No apology and no refund of the extra postage I paid.”

“Hello there, The product arrived in perfect condition. However, I paid for next-day delivery, but the package arrived only two days later. If the customer chooses the next day option, it should be indicated by what time on the day of the purchase, so that it actually arrives the next day. So, now I feel a little damaged by the amount of next day delivery (£6)...”
