“Sent wrong size jumper out, insisted the right size was scanned however the L instead of the XL on the jumper tag suggests otherwise.. I've requested royal mail t come collect to return for a refund as unfortunately they are now oos in the size XL I originally wanted.. hopefully goes smoothly, will update accordingly”

“Ordered pair of shoes which arrived promptly.However,one shoe correct size and the other a half size larger. Someone forgot to check before depatch. However, my subsequent telephone conversation was handled efficiently and error corrected to my satisfaction. Competitive price for the shoes and error corected quickly so happy to use again.”

“Choices & prices are good and ordering was pretty easy followed by quick delivery. My headaches have started when I’ve needed to return items (due to sizing issues). On a couple of occasions I’ve sent items back (which, in fairness, is free) but I’ve then had to chase for a refund quite sometime after the indicated refund timescale. Not huge headaches but just takes the edge of an otherwise good & fair experience”

“Bought shorts, 34” waist, beware these are at best 33” but more likely suit 32”. Very disappointing as these shorts look good, material good sizing poor”

“I usually get everything t Hat I order correctly but I ordered a top and got sent the wrong one wrote to info golf and am still waiting to find out what’s happening Infomed them that the description of an island green polo shirt is wrong on website and it is still wrong after a week”

“I ordered left hand gloves for a right handed player twice and it took three attempts and a telephone call with a helpful chap to finally receive the correct (not right hand gloves for a left handed player) gloves which did subsequently arrive rapidly and with a generous additional free glove to ease the disappointment. Also, there was a small address entry error introduced I suspect by that helpful individual. My Address starts with "Woodside House" which I would have entered on placing the orders but it was delivered to "Woodside Cottage" which shares the same postal code and at first view is easily mistaken. I know it was not a delivery driver issue because the address on your label was "Woodside Cottage" , I would not make that mistake when placing an online order and the first two incorrect glove orders were delivered correctly to the Woodside House address but when your helpful chap intervened to ensure the correct glove were dispatched, with the extra glove bonus, I think he probably used my postcode to bring up a list of addresses and then seeing "Woodside", did not select the seconds " Woodside House" entry on the postcode list. “Direct purchase as opposed to buying through Amazon. Slight problem with the card payment verification which prevented immediate completion but wasn't in a hurry and it did work eventually. Goods arrived promptly and good condition.”
