“I am very disappointed with the 2 Island Green Polo shirts. The size for Island is so inconsistent. I had bought a number of Island Green polo before. I find the Size M to be too tight. So I order Size L this time and L is a really large. Basically Island Green size is totally inconsistent.”

“I purchased two identical tops, opened the navy one and it was perfect size. Opened the second one and didn't try it on as both ordered were same size hiwever the second one is 2 sizes bigger...stretched from a previous purchase.”

“I sent a order cancellation email 27 hours prior to receiving a response from Golfbase. I was told the order could not be cancelled because it was already picked and shipped at 6am that morning (24 hours after my cancellation email). Upon checking the order progress on Golfbase’s own website, the order remained in “being picked” status for a further 7 hours that same day. The order was only updated to “shipped” 30 hours after my cancellation email. Ample time for them to cancel the order, but they chose not to. I was promised that the cost of my return would be covered from Japan that initial response. When I contacted them regarding getting the costs refunded, they refused to honour the refunded shipping charges.”

“TIP: On the shipping documents to me in the Netherlands you mentioned the price including 20% VAT of GBP 139.00. Dutch customs charged me with 8% import rights and 21% VAT and declaration costs based on this amount. So I had to pay EURO 62 extra!!! This could have been GBP 8 less by mentioning the amount of GBP 115 (GBP 139 minus 20% VAT). And in this case I also paid the VAT in the UK of GBP 23). So if you create the opportunity to charge EU-costumers without VAT...???!!! (That would have saved me GBP 31) If you don't, they must really really want your products...???!!! :-)”

“Sending a survey requesting feedback before the order has been delivered is far from acceptable. Website only suggests the order has been shipped. There are no further specifics as to when to expect this order to arrive...order still has not been received.”

“It's all to do with your courier.....I would ask them what the problem is.....please remember, in an on-line business, the only time there is any direct contact with customer is at the point of delivery....if your courier is letting you down then it destroys the value of the whole transaction....it's basic e-commerce knowledge...”

“As I'm ordering I'm prompted to order more to get free 48 hour delivery. Buried in small print off the ordering page this actually means my friday night order will be dispatched Monday lunchtime and arrive 3 more days later on thursday afternoon. Not what I call 48 hour delivery regardless of any small print.i found this sneaky at best and dishonest. I'm on holiday now without the goods I only ordered because of this trip. Totally unsatisfactory. Customer service responded read the small print. I suggest better they read this review!”

“I ordered Lacoste Mens 2022 TH3451 Crew Neck Cotton Ribbed Crocodile 3 Pack T-Shirt. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package to reveal a half naked man with an inflated cod piece on the box. Despite my wife trying to convince me it wasn’t underware it said said so on the box. Retired for a refund.”

“Placed an order for an item, nothing on site saying out of stock. After placing order and paying received an email saying item would be 3 to 5 days. Numerous emails later, no sign of the order I paid for ended up requesting a full refund after 3 weeks.”
