“I ordered 2 items and kept 1 of the items, I have tried to return the other item via the free returns option but 3 post offices have said they do not accept the printed returns label, I called Golf base but the operative I spoke to said he hadn't heard about this, end of assistance”

“My jacket ripped in minutes and the returns screen is far too difficult to use. £60 wasted”

“Unfortunately, can only score one star, as I ordered trousers with inside leg 34", and although label showed 34", when measured they were only 33". Really a fault of the manufacturers, not golfbase! If they had been the correct size, I would have scored five stars, as quality of trousers and speed of delivery were great.”

“Bought shoes, shoes were faulty, at first refused to exchange, then after numerous communications agreed, then despite that, and ticking their form for a replacement, and a covering note for a replacement, they refunded and refused to replace Hadn't used them. In years, won't use again.”

“I still haven't received my item and when I look up orders on my account it tells me I haven't placed any orders and can not track one??? Golf base was able to send me an email asking if I was happy with the item, but not actually send it??? Looks like I will be asking for my money back.”

“I ordered a pair of Under Armour shorts size 38". received a pair of shorts which were labelled as 38" They were way too big. I measured them and they were exactly size 40" I emailed to point this out having posted them back. The answer that I got back showed no understanding of the problem meaning that they would try to sell them again as size 38"”

“I didn’t receive the package. I really don’t think you should be selling into Europe due to Customs delays and the unreliable parcel delivery services. Your estimate of delivery within 14 days is just not realistic, and the chance of the product arriving less than 25%.”
