“Ordered an incorrect sized cap which I returned for refund but decided to find the right size which had proved elusive through a number of other suppliers. Golfbase had the right size which arrived promptly. Order to delivery process worked seamlessly.”

“Choices & prices are good and ordering was pretty easy followed by quick delivery. My headaches have started when I’ve needed to return items (due to sizing issues). On a couple of occasions I’ve sent items back (which, in fairness, is free) but I’ve then had to chase for a refund quite sometime after the indicated refund timescale. Not huge headaches but just takes the edge of an otherwise good & fair experience”
