“Website easy to use, delivery in good time and as specified. The delivery driver gave me sufficient time to answer the door before handing me the package and didn't just leave it on the doorstep. Item exactly as described. Haven't worn them yet but they look good.”

“I didn't like the fit of the shorts I ordered so the free returns offered by Golfbase was a god send and was very easy to arrange. Free collection of the return parcel by Royal Mail made it even easier. Definitely, gives me confidence to order in the future.”

“Found a product for the best price online, item was delivered fast, however I had to return the item as I changed my mind. Golfbase provided a free return label with Royal mail 48hr tracking. I even had the parcel collected from home all for free. As soon as Golfbase received the item I returned, I was refunded in full. Can not fault at all in anything. Surely, I will be buying again and again from golfbase.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of Adidas golf trousers from Golfbase....because different brands of golf trousers usually have variations in waist size....I was pleased that Golfbase did free returns....not all online golf shops do this and you have to pay to return goods if they are the wrong size. The trousers were delivered promptly and the communication re delivery was excellent. Unfortunately the trousers were too big even though I ordered my usual size. I printed off the returns label from their website and posted the trousers back (it takes 7 to 10 days for the refund). I now knew the correct size of trousers that I needed so ordered another two pairs of the correct size as well as two baselayer tops. The prices of the trousers and tops were excellent....the best price on the internet. The new trousers when delivered fitted perfectly and my refund went back to Paypal as promised. Really pleased with the prices and service provided. There are so many online golf stores but impressed with Golfbase and will use in the future. Thank you.”
