“The product is fine but the ordering process was appalling. Delivery was also shocking. I selected next day delivery and paid the extra £3.95 and changed the address as I was at my partners before Xmas. When I pressed pay it took me to a screen and the £3.95 was wiped out but what I also didn’t realise until I paid was that the address changed back also. This meant I didn’t receive my package until after Xmas and the recipient was without a present. Delivery never informed me it was on its way until it was delivered 3 days late. Won’t buy again from this outfit. I also contacted customer services about this before delivery and they never responded. Pretty shocking service. Thanks for the reply but your system knocked out the payment for next day and changed the address back which you haven’t addressed. I know I was under time constraint so that was why I wanted to pay the £3.95. Plus would you like a copy of my email to you on the day of ordering as you ‘can’t find it’. Customer service at its best blame the customer.”

“Purchased a sweater for my son, impressed with the quality so ordered one for myself. Unfortunately it was too baggy on the shoulders so had to return it. The ease of purchase and return was excellent, no hassle and refund very prompt. Will definitely use Golfbase again!”
