“I was told my item was being delivered on a certain day but it didn’t turn up, it was no fault of Golfbase and they were quick to respond when I contacted them to find out what happened with the delivery. Fortunately the item was delivered the following day and Golfbase contacted me several times to ensure everything was okay, I have always received good service from Golfbase and I am always happy to purchase goods from them because of this.”

“At first the website kicked me out of pay by card and directed me to pay via PayPal, which I declined. The customer services dept contacted me next day and we sorted paying by card. So very good CS. The items I bought arrived on time, and were of good quality. I would buy from golf base again.”

“Excellent - prompt dispatch, and NI orders treated the same as all other UK orders (most golf sites add a surcharge, even if they’re shipping with Royal Mail )”
