“I still haven't received my item and when I look up orders on my account it tells me I haven't placed any orders and can not track one??? Golf base was able to send me an email asking if I was happy with the item, but not actually send it??? Looks like I will be asking for my money back.”

“Every item has been within estimated delivery time. Every item has been exactly as advertised. And the one time I returned an item it was easy to do and the refund landed in my bank with no fuss. Their customer service is helpful too. When I review I usually point out where companies can improve, but this time there is no need.”
