“Only used them once but really impressed by the simplicity of their service as one of the items I ordered was the wrong size once I tried it on so I returned it for free using the supplied prepaid label and then ordered a replacement in a smaller size on-line. So easy and the refund on Paypal was really quick considering it was the busy period post Christmas.”
