“I was purchasing an electric trolley for a close friends 50th birthday. After placing the order I got a phone call saying Golfbase had got the online price wrong and would need to alter the selling price. Obviously having told a dozen people how much they needed to contribute based on one price this was a problem. Golfbase quickly decided to honour the price and from there, delivery was quickly organised.”
