“Good turnaround time. Product matched online description. Could have done with an update on delivery progress. Was advised I’d be told when the package had “left the building “ but that didn’t come through. Otherwise all very good.”

“Had a return of a garment that failed under guarantee. Within one hour they replied to my email asked for details. Next hour sent prepaid returns label. A few hours later they told me my account had been credited with full price of garment. This is 5 stars plus. Thanks.”

“Like most people I looked on the internet and compared the prices from a few websites. I bought some clothing and some golf balls and, in both cases, the prices were the best. The delivery was excellent as I received my order two days later (which was good as I placed my order in the evening). I’ve used GolfBase before so it wasn’t as though I was using a new (unknown) company. Good range of golf items and excellent service.”
