“Excellent customer service”

“I ordered left hand gloves for a right handed player twice and it took three attempts and a telephone call with a helpful chap to finally receive the correct (not right hand gloves for a left handed player) gloves which did subsequently arrive rapidly and with a generous additional free glove to ease the disappointment. Also, there was a small address entry error introduced I suspect by that helpful individual. My Address starts with "Woodside House" which I would have entered on placing the orders but it was delivered to "Woodside Cottage" which shares the same postal code and at first view is easily mistaken. I know it was not a delivery driver issue because the address on your label was "Woodside Cottage" , I would not make that mistake when placing an online order and the first two incorrect glove orders were delivered correctly to the Woodside House address but when your helpful chap intervened to ensure the correct glove were dispatched, with the extra glove bonus, I think he probably used my postcode to bring up a list of addresses and then seeing "Woodside", did not select the seconds " Woodside House" entry on the postcode list. Hope this helps you for future trade. Let me know if I can help further. Bart”
