“It was unfortunate that the wrong chicken (skinless rather than skin on) was sent without any prior comment. The mistake was not discovered until after I unpacked the order. However, a refund was made promptly. The Beef Wellington (at the 50% discount) was very good, although I would have commented about it being very expensive at the full price. The tempura prawns were also good.”

“Not all of my order was delivered I really fancied some Halibut so I made my order and decided to add some tiger prawns as extra to go with them. I recieved an email to change my delivery date so I called and agreed and the evening before I recieved another email saying there was no Halibut and it will be refunded so just ended up with the prawns that I wasn't really bothered about I just wish I was contacted for an alternative.”

“On the whole, the food is very good. The chicken breasts are usually tender, though not always. The pies and fish pies are excellent as are the sausages. It is disappointing that the breaded cod is now a block of cod, breaded, not nearly so good as it was before. Please could you give more indication about how many pieces of anything there are in each product, it is not always very clear. Delivery and communication by driver are excellent.”

“Good Food never disappoints. Packed with care, delivered by a punctual, conscientious representative. Over the years it has been good to see salt in products lessening. Perhaps this sweetness could also lessen. Cooking instructions in larger print would be more helpful & I would find it very useful if cooking instructions could also be put on the website. Of late have found it difficult to order what I want - it’s sold out or not available.”
