“MISLEADING. The ingredients on the packet include sugars and preservatives whereas on the site they state not. I've been waiting for a refund/ return to be processed but have just been ignored. Never shopping here again.”

when I placed my order the salted pork crackling was in stock, when I received my order there was sticker on a bag saying "Out of stock" inside there was some nasty stale soft stuff that tasted awful. would it be much better to let the customer choose an alternative rather than you just foisting some stale rubbish on them instead? Definately will not be ordering from you ever again, told my friends as well not to bother.”
“I have still not received my order from December, 5 emails later and an email saying It will be delivered in 3 days, which was a lie, I have asked for my money to be refunded and still heard nothing back.”

“You supply a wonderful variety of foods and we have been extremely happy with the quality and delivery. However, when we try and contact you we do not hear back. You have sent wrong items, sometimes missed items and we do not need substitutes which I have already contacted you about. It's ashame your customer service isn't as good as your nuts!”
“These are high quality tasty snacks much better tha a boxes of chocolates and sweets. They are really enjoyable but very moorish. All the varieties I purchased were particularly good. I enjoyed the raw ginger in preference to the chocolate coated ones, but on my second order the option didn’t come up so I went for the chocolate covered instead.”
