“I ordered Genoese cake mix and received Madera cake mix, when I enquired Alice told me it's the same as Genoese, it's not as the texture is different. I asked for a refund last week as all I will do is throw it away, so far no reply. Change the description!”

To be open and frank, (I ordered a big variety of things) some of the foods weren't of very high quality
For instance, the dried peaches were not sweet at all - I could only eat one and threw the rest away.
A lot of the dried fruits were more like candied fruits and very little of the flavour of the fruit itself.
I guess it is what it is but I was a bit disappointed overall”
“The kiwi and strawberry were very disappointing… no discernible fruit flavour … couldn’t tell the difference between them and unbearably sweet. Didn’t feel dehydrated just jellied.
I ordered the plain pork crackling and got Worcester sauce flavoured. I dislike Worcester sauce intensely so couldn’t eat them either.
The cinnamon cashews were delicious”
“I ordered two flavours of Turkish delight, one of which was replaced with a different flavour due to it being out of stock, but I wasn’t contacted or asked whether I would prefer a replacement or a refund, and when I emailed to say that it would completely go to waste as no one I know likes the flavour, it was met with the email equivalent of a shrug.”
